Ever walked into a room during pregnancy and thought, “Wait… why am I here?”Don’t worry, mama — you’re not alone!

“Pregnancy brain” or “mommy brain” is a very real (and completely normal) part of the journey. Between hormonal changes, sleepless nights, and the beautiful chaos of growing a whole human, your brain is juggling a lot — and sometimes, forgetfulness and fogginess sneak in.

But here’s the good news: your brain isn’t shrinking, it’s simply rewiring itself to help you nurture and connect with your little one. 💖

Here are a few easy, realistic ways to stay sharp and keep your memory on track:

📝 1. Write things down.Make lists, keep a planner, or use your phone’s notes app — don’t rely on memory alone!

2. Set reminders. For appointments, meals, or even your supplements — a gentle phone ping can save the day.

📅 3. Stick to routines.A predictable schedule helps your brain stay organized and reduces mental clutter.

🥦 4. Eat brain-friendly foods.Include omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidant-rich foods like nuts, berries, and leafy greens. They boost memory and focus.

💧 5. Stay well hydrated.Dehydration can worsen brain fog. Keep that water bottle handy!

🧘‍♀️ 6. Meditate or practice mindfulness.Even 10 minutes a day can calm your mind and improve clarity.

💤 7. Prioritize rest.Easier said than done, but try sneaking in naps when you can — your brain needs them as much as your body does.

So the next time you lose your keys or forget your words, remember — you’re not losing your mind, you’re growing a miracle.Be kind to yourself, laugh it off, and know that it’s all part of the beautiful journey of motherhood. 🌸
